Lone Doctor of the Apocalypse
Set in a major metropolis on the brink of discovering it has been hit with biological weapon, Legend chronicles the story of one doctor struggling to help others survive. In this multifaceted RPG, the player controls this doctor as he tries to form a protective quarantine around his neighbors, decontaminate food and medical supplies, and restore order in a city whose first-responders are by and large dead. Mechanically, this first-person experience focuses largely around the acquisition of skills and items in the context of logical problem solving.

Forethought City Management
Forethought gives its players a unique opportunity: to be able to set the bio-terrorism plan for a major metropolis and then see their decisions in action. In pre-disaster mode, the player assumes the role of the ultimate policy-maker in the city and decides how to make do with extremely limited resources. Does the player spend additional money on EMT training, or invest in mobile hospital and triage centers? Who has responsibility for various aspects of civilian safety? In disaster mode, the player sees how his or her city responds to a simulated biological attack, and controls the containment and rescue effort in real-time as the city sinks or swims based on the aforementioned policy decisions.

Biohealer
Biohealer is an RPG in the grand Final Fantasy tradition: it uses an allegorical, fictional world in order to touch on issues and concepts that might be too sensitive to touch on in a real-world setting. A strong narrative and character-based experience keeps the player immersed in a world where bio-terrorism is a grim reality; players learn coping skills and community-survival concepts even while leveling-up and acquiring loot in a most game-like manner.

MMORPG EMT
EMT is a massively multiplayer online game that simulates an entire city in the throes of a biological attack. Players logging into the game assume the roles of EMTs, who must co-ordinate with each other an work in groups to effectively perform and save their city from utter desolation. Among the issues players have to deal with: hierarchy and chain of command, how to quarantine, how to perform effective prioritization and triage, and how to adapt as a group when situations escalate without warning.

Last Rites
In Last Rites, the player assumes the identity of someone recently dead. Having perished of an anthrax attack, the player is given the opportunity to revisit some of the situations that led to his demise and reply them in order to save himself. A "Memento"-style journey through the past that provides several interactive case studies…simulating the situations where EMTs and other first-responders make the most common errors that cost them their lives.
