This week is our soft week. We had lots of guests coming in to playtest our build, which helped us nail down and move towards our final deliverables.
We did a couple of integrations. The biggest change is that the arcade mode is now added to the main build, so now the guests are able to play both the arcade mode and the campaign mode. The cinematic cutscenes were also added and our soft guests enjoyed them.
For the Arcade mode, these were our major improvements:
- Progressive difficulty curve
- Update on missiles in tracks
- Integration of mini game
For the art and sound, we added newly recorded voice lines, as well as particle effects for both of the modes. These will make the player feel guided and rewarded throughout the gameplay.
We finalized our schedules toward the end of the semester.

Moving on to our next steps, our tasks will be documenting what we have, fixing Bugs and issues and implementing final requests from clients.
