Character Design

The game is in first person so there is no avatar to represent the player, they are “themselves” so that it emphasizes that they are doing the learning and becoming cyber defenders. There is also the Cyber Commander, who is in charge of the Cyber Defense Academy and assigns all the missions tot he player. The Commander acts as the parent figure to the player and is available for questions about privacy and ethical issues as well as technical or gameplay questions they have. In addition to the Commander, there are the other trainees of the program, who the player can interact with on a limited basis, and the Cyber Villains: MC Spammer, Elvirus, Chatroom Charlie, and Ms. Information.
