Shipping Day Photo Essay:

It seems like only yesterday that we sent out the Jam-O-World on its epic voyage accross the nation. Now we can revisit the historic event with an exlusive photo essay entitled: "Shipping Day" or "The day we shrinkwrapped Donnie to the couch"

1: The Shipping Label

We put this label on all of the boxes at least once, there were two on each the frame and tabletop.

2: The loaded pallet in the User Studies Lab

Sunday night. Four hours to strike and load up everything. We dined on pizza amidst scraps of bubblewrap and cardboard.

3: Cliff and Chris with the wrapped tabletop and frames

High on tape glue and bubblewrap fumes, Cliff and Chris were gripped by delusions of grandeur.

4: Scott with the package before wrapping

No rain.

5: Scott, Kevin and Wil wait for Cliff with the Shrinkwrap

Kevin had just been roused from lounge slumber minutes before. His dedicated service to Cybersecurity did not go unnoticed.

6: Cliff Shrinkwraps the pallet

We even had some extra left over despite our generous packaging.

7: Scott and moving co employee slide the Pallet onto the the truck

He said "great job on the packaging" as Scott and Chris bid him fair trucking.
